When you become a customer, you are required to provide payment(s) for the product(s) and/or service(s) that is being purchased. Outlier does not maintain customers’ payment information; our payment processor to complete the payment uses this information.
We maintain records of the products and services that were purchased, when, by whom and the purchase price. This information is used to improve our product and service offerings, as well as to assist in the resolution of any disputes that may arise.
The information that we collect is stored on servers, which may be located outside of Canada, including servers in the United States. Any information stored outside of Canada is subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is stored.
